Will Phil see his shadow Today I'm predicting March 20th as the first day of Spring. It's not to early to start talking about those Spring projects I'm excited about getting to work on some Neighborhood stuff anybody have any new Community ideas{Community Gardens?} I'm thinking about posting a different location to meet up on a Saturday or Sunday for a couple of hours to clean up a empty lot board up a vacant house cover up some graffiti or collect Tops sopping carts!
